How can I check if my STB subscription has expired? +
Most of the time, a message will appear on the screen, such as "Your service has expired". Alternatively, you can check your status directly by entering your Serial Number or Box ID.
How can I renew or activate my STB subscription? +
Enter your 12-digit Serial Number (e.g., 190904019911) or your 10-digit Box ID (for Mars devices only, e.g., 2110717171). Then, click the "Check" button. Choose your desired service from the list of compatible options that appears. Finally, you will be redirected to WhatsApp to complete payment and finalize your order.
Where can I find the serial number of my STB? +
Go to Menu > Settings > About STB. Your Serial Number (S/N) or Box ID is listed there.
